How we work with you is entirely flexible, be it retained on a monthly contract basis, project by project or ad hoc for HR advice. It’s whatever works for you to deliver the outcomes you want for your business.
Pay as you go
If you don’t want an ongoing financial commitment for your HR provision – we offer a flexible, pay as you go service, with no strings attached.
- We charge a fee of £50 an hour, and you are guaranteed expert HR advice from an expert who knows your business and what you need, with no minimum commitment.
This includes meetings, phone calls and emails with you and your staff, helping with team or employee issues, drafting letters, coaching line managers, briefing management teams, supporting recruitment and selection processes, and developing bespoke policies, procedures and contracts.
We send you an itemised statement of work at the end of each month, so you only pay for exactly the support you have received.

We have three levels of pay monthly HR Consultancy Services to suit a wide range of business needs. Our Pay Monthly services are as flexible as you need – you can use the time in person, by email, or by telephone – whatever works best for you and your business.We can advise with team or individual matters, prepare bespoke policies, procedures and letters, coach line managers and help with day-to-day workforce planning and support.
Standard – 5 hours a month
Up to 5 hours a month. We’d advise this for companies with less than 20 employees, with no significant ongoing HR issues, who are happy with email and telephone advice and occasional meetings on an ad-hoc basis.
Enhanced – 10 hours a month
Up to 10 hours a month. This package works for companies with 20 or less employees with some HR issues that needs addressing, who require one monthly meeting as well as telephone and email advice.
Premium – 20 hours a month
Up to 20 hours a month. This package would be advised for companies with over 20 employees, with significant HR issues, requiring fortnightly meetings as well as email and telephone advice.
