My name is Anna Wells and I own and run Liverpool HR.

I set up Liverpool HR to help small businesses and start-ups grow and thrive by being great employers. We believe your employees are key to the success of your business, and can help you put in place practical solutions to help you achieve your goals through your people, based on what we know works, to allow you to deliver the outcomes you want.

I’m an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) with over 15 years’ experience in senior management, with board level exposure across all aspects of strategic and operational management, with a focus on people management and leadership.​

I believe that businesses need to invest in their people to grow, develop and thrive, and am passionate in helping them succeed. At Liverpool HR, we provide an individual approach to our clients, as we understand that employment law and HR can seem daunting and overwhelming at times. Our approach is to ensure that our clients have the right policies, procedures and methods in place to invest in their people and increase the success of their business.

No two businesses will have the same requirements, so we don’t offer the same solutions – we create the right ones. We partner with you to create a service tailored to your needs, working alongside you to complement you in areas where we can offer our expertise.
